Our mission

Household bills have a habit of creeping up. A contract ends or a yearly price rise arrives, and it's hard to tell whether what you pay is normal or not.

Most comparison sites start by showing you a list of deals. We think there's a better first step: looking at the bill you already pay.

BillsSorted helps you see how your price compares with typical prices for new deals, before you decide whether to switch. If your price looks fine, you've lost nothing by checking. If it doesn't, we'll help you compare deals from our partners.

The ranges we show are typical prices for new deals, taken from providers' own websites each month.

Spot it. Switch it. Sorted.

What we promise

We show our sources. Every figure on BillsSorted comes from a named source, with the date it applies to. Our main source is Ofcom, the UK's communications regulator.

We don't make big savings claims. You won't see "save up to £500" on this site. Everyone's situation is different, and a headline number can't tell you what you'd save.

We never tell you what you should pay. We show you what's typical, and explain what can make a price higher or lower. The decision is yours.

We keep it simple. Plain English, short pages, and answers first.

We're open about how we're paid. We may earn a commission if you take out a deal through our partners. It doesn't change the price you pay, and it doesn't change the figures we show you. Read how we make money.

Who we help

People paying for mobile and broadband. We're starting with SIM only deals, phone contracts, broadband, and broadband with TV, and we'll add more over time.
